Fortress21 is my digital asset security and operations practice. I help people turn loose crypto holdings into systems that can survive mistakes, emergencies, succession, travel, lost devices, and normal human mess.

The work is not trading. It is not discretionary portfolio work. I do not take custody of funds or make investment decisions for clients. The work is architecture, procedure, and operational security.

What it covers

The core work is custody design that is harder to break and easier to explain. For most people, that means single-sig plus a strong passphrase, hardware key workflows, access segmentation, recovery planning, inheritance protocols, and clear written procedures. I can design Bitcoin multisig too, but only when the extra complexity is worth it.

The goal is boring security: clear under stress, documented for the long term, and resilient enough that one lost device does not become a disaster.

How I work

I start with the real risk profile. Who needs access? Who should not? What happens if someone loses a phone, leaves the country, gets locked out, passes away, or signs under pressure? Good custody design starts there, not from a generic wallet checklist.

From there I map the operating model: key placement, wallet handling, backups, test transactions, emergency contacts, and handoff documents. The best setup is the one people can execute correctly when it matters.

Why it matters

Digital assets give individuals direct control, but direct control has sharp edges. A seed phrase in a drawer is not an operating system. Neither is a setup only one person understands. Fortress21 sits in the middle: practical security, clear procedures, and enough structure for real families and operators.

What it is not

Fortress21 does not provide investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or custody services. It never takes custody of client funds. It helps design the security architecture and operating procedures around assets clients already control.
